For Normal Order: You can receive your order in 3-4 weeks. （For prom season(March-May), the tailoring time will be longer） For Rush Order: You can receive your order in about 14-16 working days（For prom season(March-May), the tailoring time will be longer）

Because most of our formal dresses are made to order, so thanks for your understanding the time for canceling is very important. Order can be canceled within 48 hours of payment: for a full refund. 2. Order can be canceled within 48-120 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee. 2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc. 3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out in 7 working days. 4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be given in 48 hours. 5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted. 6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress. 8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.

Dress came in a timely manner and is absolutely stunning. I was originally worried it did not come with the ribbon for the back but I did find it tied to the inside of the dress.
I wish I had taken pictures of the packaging however because it was very....unique. The dress was in a bag that was then wrapped with packing tape so tightly that I had struggled to figure out how to get the dress out without cutting it. It looked like it was shrink wrapped with tape. The box it was shipped in by the time it got to me had also definitely seen better days and was no longer sealed.
The dress had no damage however and I am very happy with it!
The dress is very beautiful and also fit me perfectly. Although one issue was that the length of the dress was way too long and clearly exceeded my height measurements which I added to my order. This resulted in me having to send it to a tailor and have it shortened which I obviously had to pay extra for myself.
