Cancellation:
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you want. Because most of our formal dresses are made to order, so thanks for your understanding the time for canceling is very important. Please follow the cancellation policy, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email: sales@beautydressy.com.
1. Order can be canceled within 48 hours of payment: for a full refund.
2. Order can be canceled within 48-120 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee.
2. Order can be canceled >120 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.
Exchange:
1. Contact us within 3 working days after you receive the product.
2.We will ship the new product once we receive the product you returned.
3.You need to pay the return shipping fee.
Return:

We will issue a full refund if the product you received has any quality problem caused by us.

Please see the following list of quality issues that are for full refund: 

Wrong Size(size is different from what you ordered),

Wrong Color(color is different from what you ordered),

Wrong style,

Damaged products.

Note :

1.Custom size and custom color products return only can be refunded 50% of the product's price, because custom products can't be sold again, thank you so much for your understanding.
2. We don't accept returns because of personal preference.

How to return:

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide: 

1. Contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order.
2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc.
3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out in 7 working days.
4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be given in 48 hours.
5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.
