For Normal Order: You can receive your order in 3-4 weeks. （For prom season(March-May), the tailoring time will be longer） For Rush Order: You can receive your order in about 14-16 working days（For prom season(March-May), the tailoring time will be longer）

Because most of our formal dresses are made to order, so thanks for your understanding the time for canceling is very important. Order can be canceled within 48 hours of payment: for a full refund. 2. Order can be canceled within 48-120 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee. 2. Order can be canceled >120 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.

Notes: 1.Custom size and custom color products return only can be refunded 50% of the product's price. 2. We don't accept returns because of personal preference.

Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc. 3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out in 7 working days. 4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be given in 48 hours. 5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted. 6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress. 8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.

My dress was beautiful! I ordered the wrong size at first but they let me exchange it for a custom dress, while i got to keeo the first one! Love their service and would order again.
The dress was very well made but a way too long!I had to shorten the 3 layers twice before my grand daughter could wear it with heels and then I attached a wrist ribbon to lift the lace overlay so she can walk and dance??
