The dressed arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the materials and stitching is excellent. Fits my daughter well and she's excited to wear it to her junior prom. Included the try on photos.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I selected the custom fit option and carefully submitted all required measurements, yet the dress I received was nowhere near accurate, it had to be taken in by six inches.
On top of that, I was charged for shipping, but the dress was sent in a cheap bag rather than being properly packaged. It arrived turned inside out with deep creases throughout the tulle train, which is unacceptable for a prom dress. I now also have to pay extra to get the deep creases out.
I intentionally did not put a length in since we hadn’t chosen shoes yet and planned to have it hemmed if needed. However, when I brought it to a professional tailor, they pointed out that the bottom of the dress was uneven and poorly stitched.
Overall, I am now facing significant additional alteration costs despite ordering a “custom” order. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I have reached out to them and hope they can make this right.

I won prom king in this dress last night, so I might be biased, but I loved it. Usually I'm dubious when shopping online, because I'm a plus sized diva... But this fit LIKE A GLOVE!! I was so pleasantly surprised!
This dress was even better than pictured! Amazing quality and fit my daughter like a glove! Would definitely order from here again. Shipping cut is a little too close for my liking, but other than that, I am thrilled.

I love the dress, it is a little different in the front, fabric wise perhaps? It’s a little more flat if that makes sense, but it still looks lovely and I can’t wait to wear it!

It’s Very comfortable and fits well my only issue is there’s a little extra room around my armpits but my grandma is gonna fix that all and all very happy
My daughter bought the dress for prom and the material is great. It came sooner than I thought it would pretty pricey but very nice dress. We had to customize it even though we took the measurements. It ran a little big for us so we had to take an inch in on both sides, but it looks great on her!

The most amazing dress! I love it so much I feel like a princess, it’s my dream dress! The fabric is velvety and it’s so comfortable. A little long on the bottom but that’s ok! Great dress, came on time and even a little early!

came quickly and in great condition, only nitpick is that the colors are more vibrant than depicted, detailing is more of a white than silver look and purple is brighter than the deep purple on the website, still a beautiful dress.
