Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods:

The shipping methods we offer: DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, and other fast and safe international shipping ways.

2. Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide.

3. Shipping Time:

Shipping time depends on your location.

For most of countries, the shipping time is about 3-5 working days.

Please note: The Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Normal order: Tailoring Time is about 2-3 weeks. （For prom season(March-May, the tailoring time will be longer）

Rush order: Tailoring Time is about 14-16 working days. （For prom season(March-May, the tailoring time will be longer）

4. Shipping Fee:

The shipping fee depends on the your order:

For normal order, the shipping fee is $30, you can receive your order in about 3-4 weeks.

For rush order, the shipping fee is $49, you can receive your order in about 14 working days( There is no rush order service from January 10 -January 30).

5. Tracking number:

After we finish and ship the dress, we will give you the tracking number by email.

6. Customs and import taxes：

Buyers need to pay the customs and import taxes.

7. Because of Covid-19, there will be some delay on the shipping.

Cancellation:
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you want. Because most of our formal dresses are made to order, so thanks for your understanding the time for canceling is very important. Please follow the cancellation policy, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email: sales@beautydressy.com.
1. Order can be canceled within 48 hours of payment: for a full refund.
2. Order can be canceled within 48-120 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee.
2. Order can be canceled >120 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.

Exchange:
1. Contact us within 3 working days after you receive the product.
2.We will ship the new product once we receive the product you returned.
3.You need to pay the return shipping fee.

Return:
We will issue a full refund if the product you received has any quality problem caused by us.
Please see the following list of quality issues that are for full refund:

Wrong Size(size is different from what you ordered),
Wrong Color(color is different from what you ordered),
Wrong style,
Damaged products.

Notes:
1.Custom size and custom color products return only can be refunded 50% of the product's price.
2. We don't accept returns because of personal preference.

How to return:
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1. Contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order. Contact email:sales@beautydressy.com.
2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc.
3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out in 7 working days.
4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be given in 48 hours.
5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.
