Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods:

The shipping methods we offer: DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, and other fast and safe international shipping ways.

2. Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide.

3. Shipping Time:

Shipping time depends on your location.

For most of countries, the shipping time is about 3-5 working days.

Please note: The Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Normal order: Tailoring Time is about 2-3 weeks. （For prom season(March-May, the tailoring time will be longer）

Rush order: Tailoring Time is about 14-16 working days. （For prom season(March-May, the tailoring time will be longer）

4. Shipping Fee:

The shipping fee depends on the your order:

For normal order, the shipping fee is $30, you can receive your order in about 3-4 weeks.

For rush order, the shipping fee is $49, you can receive your order in about 14 working days( There is no rush order service from January 10 -January 30).

5. Tracking number:

After we finish and ship the dress, we will give you the tracking number by email.

6. Customs and import taxes：

Buyers need to pay the customs and import taxes.

7. Because of Covid-19, there will be some delay on the shipping.

I LOVE HER 💗(the dress)

Okay so i totally thought this website was sketchy..i mean online dress shops in general seem to be but when i saw this dress i knew i needed her.

Im a plus size girly, so online shopping (especially for dresses) is hard- hence my hesitation about my purchase.

However im also a genius, so i went searching everywhere i could in order to see where the original picture of this dress came from, and i clicked an instagram link that look be to the websites ig
page.

Since there werent any reviews for this dress, i messaged them on ig. i asked if they had made this dress before since i was pondering about purchasing it, and they replied with pictures of a dress in the same style in a different color that they had made, they very polite and helpful!

In order to double check how legit the dress they showed me was, i cross referenced the background of the photos i received to the ones on their ig and it all lined up, so i (my mama) made the purchase.

The dress came SUPER fast, i ordered over a month in advanced of my hoco because i was paranoid, I ordered my dress 8/8/26 and received it 8/26/26, without expedited shipping keep in mind.

The dress itself was turned inside out for safe shipping, i wasn’t surprised since i read the reviews; and the fit is almost perfect. For reference, im usually a 20/18 in dresses, 2XL/XXL/XL/20/18 in tops, and a 20/35 in jeans (womans inconsistent sizing ugh)- the only area that was loose was the bust (42B) which i kinda expected. Otherwise, the dress fit like a GLOOVEE (ignore the wrinkles)

TL:DR, If youre skeptical of the dress you want, message them/check out their instagram page!! They’re super helpful and polite, my dress came within the same month, and fits almost perfectly!!

Cancellation:
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you want. Because most of our formal dresses are made to order, so thanks for your understanding the time for canceling is very important. Please follow the cancellation policy, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email: sales@beautydressy.com.
1. Order can be canceled within 48 hours of payment: for a full refund.
2. Order can be canceled within 48-120 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee.
2. Order can be canceled >120 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.

Exchange:
1. Contact us within 3 working days after you receive the product.
2.We will ship the new product once we receive the product you returned.
3.You need to pay the return shipping fee.

Return:
We will issue a full refund if the product you received has any quality problem caused by us.

1.Custom size and custom color products return only can be refunded 50% of the product's price.

How to return:
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1. Contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order. Contact email:sales@beautydressy.com.
2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc.
3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out in 7 working days.
4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be given in 48 hours.
5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.
